Description

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities while managing risks, issues, and contingency plans.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing coaching, and ensuring clear communication.
• Maintain all project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, and budgets.
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and forecasting costs to ensure completion within financial constraints.
• Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and executives to align deliverables with requirements and facilitate regular status meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
• Strong ability to manage project dependencies and critical path items.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
