Lead multi-million-dollar software development projects focused on workflow, file management, and reporting systems. Manage complex lifecycles and coordinate technical teams through coding, testing, and debugging phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex software development lifecycles for customized workflow and reporting applications.
• Coordinate work assignments to meet multiple deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
• Direct technical teams through coding, testing, debugging, and systems analysis phases.
• Communicate complex technical information to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
• Oversee large-scale Java upgrade initiatives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of total professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a lead project manager for multi-million-dollar projects.
• PMP certification is required.
• 4 years of software development experience using Java, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• 5 years of full-time computer programming experience, including 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and SQL principles.
• Experience with Eclipse, Torque, Hibernate, Velocity, and Ant.
• Proficiency in XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Model View Controller (MVC) architecture, web page layout, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience using SQL in an Oracle environment and source code control.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent software development work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience managing Java upgrade projects.
