Description

Manage large-scale organizational implementations and drive the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including risk documentation, issue tracking, and contingency planning.
• Map business processes to identify improvements and facilitate group problem-solving sessions.
• Oversee the development of SDLC artifacts and ensure business requirements translate into technical specifications.
• Maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders through regular status updates and presentations.
• Lead project team meetings and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience managing implementations across large organizations.
• 3 years of experience researching, analyzing complex facts, and devising technical solutions.
• 3 years of experience in business process mapping and facilitation.
• 3 years of experience guiding and facilitating the SDLC process.
• 3 years of experience managing multiple project sponsors and stakeholders.
• 3 years of experience producing weekly written and verbal status reports.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Agile (Scrum) experience, including managing projects with feature-driven sprints.
• Experience implementing Agile methodologies for State of Texas Agencies.
• PMP Certification.
