Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage risk assessment, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Develop SDLC artifacts and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Facilitate team status meetings and provide weekly updates to stakeholders.
• Implement Agile methodologies to track progress and manage feature-driven sprints.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale project implementations.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Hands-on experience overseeing SDLC artifacts.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience in risk management and issue escalation.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience implementing Agile best practices within State of Texas Agencies.
• Experience managing Agile (Scrum) projects with feature-driven sprints.
