Description

You will manage technology-related projects through all development phases, ensuring adherence to quality, security, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost projections.
• Coordinate, plan, and supervise project staff and contractors within a matrixed organization.
• Define deliverable content expectations, review processes, and acceptance criteria to ensure quality.
• Monitor third-party vendor performance and communicate project status to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of full-time experience in project management of large, complex projects.
• 8+ years of experience in structured design, scope control, project estimation, and risk mitigation.
• 8+ years of experience analyzing business systems and documenting requirements for IT solutions.
• 8+ years of experience working directly with Texas state agencies as an employee or contractor.
• 5+ years of experience writing solicitation documents, including RFI, RFO, and SOW.
• 5+ years of experience collecting requirements across geographically dispersed organizations.
• 5+ years of experience working with DIR and Data Center Services (DCS), including cloud-based solutions.
• 5+ years of experience using the Texas Project Delivery Framework method.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
