Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex technology projects across their full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Apply Agile and project management best practices to drive delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with project goals.
• Identify, analyze, and document challenges within business technology processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience leading large, complex technology projects.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile and project management methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience developing and analyzing complex business requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of project management practices.
• Experience managing technology-driven project lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• 1+ years of experience documenting business technology challenges and solutions.
