Description

You will own the planning, budgeting, oversight, and documentation for specific projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects.
• Guide and facilitate the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Lead and drive multi-million dollar software and IT projects.
• Summarize and escalate issues, and present weekly status updates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years managing projects with implementations across large organizations.
• 10+ years developing and managing project plans, documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans.
• 10+ years analyzing complex problems and preparing concise reports.
• 10+ years overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts and translating business requirements to technical specifications.
• 10+ years developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• 8+ years applying Agile methodology, tracking development progress, and managing feature-driven sprints.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Implementing and using agile methodologies for State of Texas Agencies.
• Prior experience in healthcare or Public Health.
• PMP Certification.
