Manage the lifecycle of large-scale enterprise initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Teamcenter PLM implementation for hard goods product teams.
• Facilitate project discovery, planning, and execution workshops.
• Communicate project status and alignment to executive stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and formally process change requests.
• Lead Agile Scrum meetings and maintain the RACI matrix.

Required Skills

• 6+ years managing large-scale enterprise initiatives within a PMO.
• Proven experience managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Foundation understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Experience with PMO practices and PMP principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
