Description

You will manage transmission engineering projects from inception through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of transmission engineering projects, including siting, permitting, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials, risk management, and contract execution.
• Support business development and help grow long-term client relationships.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D).
• 3+ years managing projects within T&D.
• Strong knowledge of NESC, transmission line design, and utility standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• PE license.
