Description

You will manage engineering teams to deliver integrated project deliverables within the steel detailing and engineering services sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, detailing, and cross-functional teams using technology-driven workflows.
• Initiate enterprise digital initiatives to improve project management processes.
• Develop and implement bespoke project management systems, including dashboards, Scrum boards, and resource tracking.
• Plan, execute, and complete projects while managing timelines and reporting deviations daily.
• Solve unexpected technical or operational issues quickly and decisively.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in the steel engineering or detailing industry.
• Proficiency in Tekla or SDS2 workflows.
• Proven ability to manage resources, including timesheets and project deliverables.
• Strong capability in multitasking and managing competing priorities under pressure.
• Experience implementing digital tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent US Resident.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge of both Tekla and SDS2 software.
