Description

You will lead a multi-agency initiative to digitize citation transmission processes in Colorado, managing the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to operational transition.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and detailed work plans while managing budgets and resource allocation across multiple government agencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and vendors, establishing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new digital technologies.
• Conduct technical writing for business process mapping, aligning business functions with service delivery models.
• Identify project risks, manage scope changes, and negotiate support with department managers to maintain project continuity.
• Utilize data-driven tools like Tableau to monitor progress and make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management for large, complex programs or portfolios.
• Strong background in technical writing and mapping business processes to services.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives within matrix organizations.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including data visualization (e.g., Tableau).
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to work part-time (up to 26 hours/week) for a fixed tenure of 39 weeks.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
