You will lead technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and effective communication.
• Define project scope and deliverables while controlling and documenting changes.
• Track project expenses against allocated budgets and report financial status to stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules and implement mitigation strategies to manage risks and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Expertise in project planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Capability in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications.
