Description

You will manage multiple technical initiatives covering server, storage, network, and database integration. You own the project lifecycle from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring alignment with federal contract frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures, schedules, scope, and communication plans.
• Coordinate project meetings, document minutes, and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
• Update detailed project plans, track milestones, and generate status reports.
• Create and maintain network and application diagrams using Visio.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into structured documentation and manage artifacts in SharePoint.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years managing technical projects in enterprise environments.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
• At least 4 years leading requirements discovery sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Minimum 3 years working with federal contract frameworks (GSA, SEWP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio.
• Proven experience developing lifecycle documentation (requirements, design specs, use cases, test cases).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in federal, government, or large-scale corporate environments.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools and client relationship management.
• Strong technical writing and documentation review skills.
