Description

Lead project delivery across Agile and Waterfall engagements, managing schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication. Own the release pipeline and ensure accurate delivery timelines through rigorous scope estimation.

Responsibilities

• Estimate product and project scope to define accurate delivery timelines.
• Remove technical and operational impediments to enable team completion.
• Manage and organize multiple Scrum boards and streamline project deliverables.
• Plan and sequence activities using JIRA and Microsoft Project (MPP).
• Handle stakeholder communication and status reporting for Business Technology and Ops.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology.
• Experience with JIRA and MPP for scheduling and sequencing.
• Telecom industry experience.
• Strong project planning and resource management skills.
• Proven ability in project quality and delivery oversight.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing scope changes and coordinating technical documentation.
• Exposure to CR, CO, and PO concepts including client follow-ups.
• Ability to track multiple teams and organizational initiatives such as staffing and PPA activities.
