Description

You will manage building engineering service projects from planning through execution and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans covering objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Create detailed schedules and manage resource allocation using project management tools.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures and financial forecasting.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies while communicating progress and risks.
• Provide technical guidance on the design, installation, and maintenance of static equipment, boilers, desalination plants, and tanks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management within building engineering services.
• Proficiency in MS Projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Navisworks.
• Experience managing static equipment, boilers, desalination plants, and tanks.
• Ability to manage project budgets and financial forecasting.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading and mentoring project teams through performance evaluations and coaching.
• Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
• Proficiency in maintaining all project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
