Description

You will own the end-to-end management of IT projects and programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to draft Statements of Work (SOW) and Business Case documents.
• Initiate, plan, and execute projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables while managing resources.
• Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports to ensure project visibility for leadership.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
• Conduct project closure, handling documentation handover and benefits realization surveys.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT project and program management experience.
• Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Wrike.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects within time, scope, and budget constraints.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with clear presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in understanding and communicating IT concepts, particularly networking.
• Ability to work independently to drive execution and proactively follow up on items.
• Experience coordinating remotely with IT teams across the Asia Pacific region.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum.
• Experience managing IT hardware upgrades or network migrations across multiple countries.
