Description

You will manage IT operations, infrastructure health, and vendor relationships.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Track the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets including network, AV, CCTV, and UPS systems.
• Log, prioritize (P1–P4), and track SLAs for all IT issues, managing escalations as needed.
• Perform daily health checks and incident reporting across VC systems, network, firewall, and CCTV.
• Manage vendor AMCs, enforce SLAs, and coordinate replacement planning.
• Execute contingency planning for power, connectivity, and hardware during top management meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure management.
• Proven capability in Project Management frameworks.
• Experience managing IT Asset lifecycle tracking.
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity awareness training and policy adherence.
• Proficiency in incident logging, prioritization, and SLA tracking.
• Experience in managing vendor contracts and AMC enforcement.
• Knowledge of data retention and IT SOPs for employee offboarding.
