Description

Manage and monitor Salesforce projects for multiple clients, ensuring end-to-end execution within agreed budget, schedule, and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, including reviewing project plans, artifacts, and execution progress.
• Drive SLA performance, productivity, utilization, and resource deployment.
• Troubleshoot delivery risks, manage issues, and handle delivery escalations.
• Enforce project-level compliance and define delivery metrics to track and report performance.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience in project management.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and technical management.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce delivery teams of more than 5 members.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
