Description

You will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of large, complex projects in the banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, and timelines with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project teams by assigning tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Facilitate communication across all stakeholders and manage project changes through integrated control processes.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and executive summaries on project health.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of dedicated Project Management experience managing the full project lifecycle.
• Proven practical application of project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
• Demonstrable success managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations at various levels, including senior leadership.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Master's degree (MBA or relevant field).
