Lead project lifecycles from goal setting through technical execution and delivery in Baton Rouge, LA.

Responsibilities

• Set project goals and develop detailed plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage resources, risks, issues, changes, and customer satisfaction while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical oversight for migration, development, application/database administration, and test teams.
• Facilitate weekly status reports and meetings to communicate progress and project variances.
• Coordinate workflows between Application Managers, Developers, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration teams, and external vendors.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience leading, directing, and managing projects.
• 2+ years of experience presenting technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• 2+ years of experience managing variances in scope, schedule, and cost.
• 1+ years of experience using project management tools.
• Experience coordinating with Application Managers, Application Developers, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
