Description

Lead telecommunications project delivery and vendor management for state government clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications projects using advanced vendor and service knowledge.
• Deliver Centrex and AT&T service offerings, including infrastructure and billing.
• Lead financial and billing audits to reconcile invoices and quantify savings.
• Implement VoIP services and define network infrastructure requirements.
• Develop, structure, and monitor complex telecom contracts.

Required Skills

• 15+ years’ experience with telecommunications technologies.
• Deep understanding of telecom vendors and project management workflows.
• Extensive knowledge of Centrex and AT&T service offerings.
• Direct experience delivering telecom services to State governments.
• Experience leading financial and billing audits.
• Expertise in VoIP service implementation and network infrastructure.
• Skills in developing and monitoring complex telecom contracts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of tenure in project management roles.
