You will lead cross-functional planning, oversee projects and programs, and drive process improvements in Bayonne, NJ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and report on project and product plans while managing escalations.
• Manage project lifecycles from initiation through rollout to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Execute risk management strategies to minimize threats and provide solutions to challenges.
• Delegate tasks and manage vendor contracts to ensure expected deliverables are met.
• Track and measure departmental efficiency using industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and GP Software (Great Plains).
• Strong experience with project management software tools and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage projects through the entire execution lifecycle.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and measuring process efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with inventory systems.
• Background working in a consumer-packaged goods environment.
