You will lead complex business integration and product lifecycle projects from concept through marketplace execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment, turning ambiguity into structured action plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across global teams for seasonal planning and product creation.
• Create executive-ready presentations, process documentation, and status communications.
• Drive process improvement and change management initiatives within the organization.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business integration, operations, project management, or product management.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Airtable, Figma, or similar project management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting footwear calendars, line planning, or launch readiness preferred.
• Ability to operate across global teams with changing priorities and high-visibility deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in footwear, apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer products.
• Knowledge of the product journey from merchandising through development and planning.
• Experience driving new ways of working in a fast-paced consumer business.
