Description

You will lead the implementation of the corporate Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for the Legal department in Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational business processes and attorney requirements into detailed system specifications, user stories, and test scripts.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and producing status reports.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with Legal subject matter experts to define success factors and validate requirements.
• Oversee operational change management and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Create and review project artifacts such as workflows, requirements documents, and project plans.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale system implementation projects, specifically with CLM or ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Project for project tracking and artifact management.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and UAT cases.
• Experience creating workflows using tools like Lucidchart or Vizio.
• Intermediate skills with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook for scheduling.
• Proven track record of working directly with business users and legal stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
