Description

You will oversee global project and program portfolios, managing the full lifecycle from initiation to closure. You will ensure strict adherence to PPMLC governance standards and drive value planning across portfolios. You will consolidate deliverables, track milestones, and manage risks, dependencies, and budgets. You will prepare monthly portfolio dashboards and Executive Committee reports, ensuring data accuracy for KPIs like cost stability and sponsor satisfaction. You will act as the primary interface between project managers, senior leadership, and clients, facilitating governance forums and resolving delivery roadblocks. You will deploy and improve portfolio management processes, conduct audits, and mentor project managers on tools and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global project and program portfolios from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to PPMLC and governance standards.
• Prepare and present monthly portfolio dashboards and Executive Committee reports, tracking KPIs such as cost stability and milestone delivery.
• Act as the key interface between project managers, senior leadership, and clients, facilitating status meetings and progress reviews.
• Deploy and improve portfolio management processes, conducting project onboarding, surveys, and audits to drive operational excellence.
• Mentor and train project managers across regions on tools, processes, and reporting standards while removing delivery roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management.
• Proven ability to manage global project portfolios and drive demand, value, and capacity planning.
• Strong expertise in governance, reporting, and analytics, including dashboard preparation and KPI analysis.
• Experience in stakeholder and client management, with the ability to facilitate governance forums.
• Skilled in process excellence, continuous improvement, and conducting project audits.
• Capability to mentor project managers and drive knowledge sharing across global teams.
