You will oversee global project and program portfolios, managing the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global project and program portfolios, ensuring strict adherence to PPMLC governance standards.
• Prepare and present monthly portfolio dashboards and Executive Committee reports, tracking KPIs like cost stability.
• Act as the primary interface between project managers, senior leadership, and clients to facilitate governance forums.
• Deploy and improve portfolio management processes, conducting audits and driving operational excellence.
• Mentor project managers on tools, processes, and reporting standards while resolving delivery roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management.
• Proven ability to manage global project portfolios and drive demand, value, and capacity planning.
• Strong expertise in governance, reporting, and analytics, including dashboard preparation and KPI analysis.
• Experience in stakeholder and client management with the ability to facilitate governance forums.
• Skilled in process excellence, continuous improvement, and conducting project audits.
• Capability to mentor project managers and drive knowledge sharing across global teams.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
