Description

Manage customer relationships, drive platform adoption, and ensure successful onboarding for assigned client portfolios.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer queries, issues, and workflow challenges, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and end users.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, refresher training, and functional walkthroughs to ensure customer teams are fully enabled on the platform.
• Analyze customer usage metrics to identify adoption gaps, low engagement areas, and product underutilization, then implement corrective action strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve reported issues quickly and proactively mitigate potential challenges in customer workflows.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring each receives maximum value from the platform and meets usage expectations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Program Management, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of customer workflow management and SaaS platform adoption.
• Ability to analyze platform usage data and drive adoption initiatives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards or customer success tools.
• Background in training, onboarding, or customer enablement.
