You will manage project delivery and stakeholder alignment for GDC service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of GDC service offerings across assigned customer engagements following Guidewire standards.
• Define and execute on Global Delivery Center (GDC) strategic initiatives relevant to services.
• Manage the project P&L, ensuring delivery within budget and providing financial updates to leadership.
• Coordinate internal resources (developers, test engineers, architects) to adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as the day‐to‐day contact for project status and scope changes.

Required Skills

• 8 - 12 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Japanese, preferably with JLPT N1 or N2 certification.
• Strong English communication skills for senior stakeholder interaction.
• Experience handling Japanese clients, including day‐to‐day interactions and expectation management.
• Proven ability to manage scope, set quality standards, and mitigate project risks.
• Experience managing P&C insurance‐based implementations (self‐managed or cloud/SaaS).
• Technical background, ideally in a SaaS environment, to understand solution architectures.
• End‐user experience with Salesforce and PSA tools for project and resource management.
• Experience working with distributed, cross‐functional teams across multiple geographies.
