Lead cross-functional projects by aligning business needs with technical execution and managing risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to define business requirements, set priorities, and develop execution plans.
• Communicate project progress and alignment updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Identify and manage risks, challenges, and conflicts to maintain project momentum.
• Resolve professional conflicts and manage sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to engage internal stakeholders across various hierarchical levels.
• Strong risk management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including SMEs, Technical Leads, and Development Heads.
• Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• High-level client service skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
