Roles and Responsibilities:

*       Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

*       Implement Agile frameworks and Scrum practices to enhance collaboration, transparency, and delivery efficiency.

*       Engage with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.

*       Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies.

*       Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks and issues.

*       Drive digital transformation initiatives, particularly within digital banking ecosystems where applicable.

*       Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and governance forums.

*       Ensure quality assurance, compliance adherence, and timely milestone achievement.

*       Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across project teams.

Skills Required:

*       Strong experience in Project Management within financial services environments.

*       Hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum delivery frameworks.

*       Proven stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.

*       Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

*       Exposure to digital banking platforms and financial technology ecosystems is advantageous.

*       Strong risk management, budgeting, and planning skills.

*       Ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams effectively.

*       Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

*      Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are advantageous
