Description

Own PMO governance, execution tracking, and RAID management for initiatives driven by policy and regulatory changes. Manage integrated project plans, workstream execution, and communications to senior leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution tracking to ensure visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Manage the integrated project plan and workstream execution, augmenting the current team with strong planning skills.
• Track progress, monitor issues, and unblock teams using strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Produce clear communications, memos, and presentations for senior leadership, project teams, and steering committees.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO.
• Strong expertise in RAID management, risk mitigation, and RCAM.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Tools, and PowerPoint for reporting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to anticipate downstream impacts and manage complex dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain experience.
• PMP, Prince2, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with business transformation initiatives.
