Description

You will manage project portfolios from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with governance standards and operational excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track global project and program portfolios against PPMLC and governance standards.
• Consolidate and monitor deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets across portfolios.
• Prepare and present monthly portfolio dashboards and Executive Committee reports, tracking KPIs.
• Act as the key interface between project managers, senior leadership, and clients.
• Deploy and improve portfolio management processes and drive operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Proficient in Risk Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Financial acumen including budget tracking and finance oversight.
• Experience with Governance standards and compliance.
• Skilled in Dashboarding and reporting.
• Ability to present to Executive Committees.
