Description

Lead complex banking projects from requirement definition through resolution, coordinating onshore and offshore teams to deliver solutions for critical financial services issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements and determine courses of action to solve complex bank issues using dedicated and core teams.
• Drive assigned projects to success by improving operations and processes based on historical data and resources.
• Communicate effectively with sponsors and stakeholders, providing clear updates and C-level presentations.
• Resolve problems and conflicts among projects, utilizing root cause analysis and understanding of support severity levels.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore resources to ensure effective project execution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management within large technical organizations.
• Strong analytical skills to determine cause and effect related to service delivery.
• Experience with implementations, client-facing organizations, or product management.
• Strong knowledge of the banking domain and financial services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group presentation skills.
