Description

You will manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress, risk, and mitigation updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and dependencies through proactive problem-solving.
• Monitor performance and prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
• Full fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
