Description

Lead operations within the Social Center of Excellence to drive efficient marketing campaign creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including kickoff meetings, resource assessment, and pipeline movement.
• Act as the primary liaison between Creative, Influencer, Strategy, Marketing teams, and external partners.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and channel deliverables.
• Run review meetings to track feedback and facilitate edits between internal and external creative teams.
• Coordinate briefings and gather project details to ensure frictionless workflows across pod teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience managing complex marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Strong background in Marketing and Business Management.
• Experience coordinating with creative agencies and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Design workflows and creative production processes.
• Bachelor's degree.
