Description

You will manage program-level financial activities and serve as the primary liaison between the HIX Program Team and the EOHHS Administration and Finance unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor finance-related activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Analyze financial impacts of proposed operations, task orders, and change requests.
• Conduct ongoing analyses and forecasts of program performance against budget and operational goals.
• Develop financial tracking reports, vendor payment schedules, and monthly reporting templates for senior leadership.
• Liaise with EOHHH Administration and Finance regarding annual budget development and funding requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or financial program coordination.
• Experience monitoring cost allocations for past, ongoing, and proposed activities.
• Proven ability to manage vendor invoice reviews and procurement requirements.
• Skill in developing financial metrics, reporting templates, and budget forecasts.
• Experience handling change management and release management meetings.
• Ability to provide data-driven analysis for task orders and change orders.
• Any graduate degree.
