You will own the end-to-end management of complex global solution initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand end-user and integration needs, designing solutions with minimal regional divergence.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and assist in solution design aligning vendor and internal efforts.
• Lead user group meetings to prioritize the development backlog and consult with the development team to resolve requirements queries.
• Support quality assurance by participating in test plan creation, execution, and functionality sign-off prior to production releases.
• Estimate features, projects, and manage resource budgeting while ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a project management or analyst role on large global solution initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, Agile development, and the SDLC.
• Experience working with portfolio and order management systems (e.g., Factset, CRD/State Street Alpha).
• Domain knowledge in investment products, asset classes, and investment strategies.
• Experience in data analysis and data management within complex systems.
• Familiarity with modern cloud-based data warehouses/lake technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
