Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead and manage asset management projects across front, middle, and back-office functions, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to drive project execution and ensure alignment with requirements.

Oversee project planning, risk management, and governance while ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial standards.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reporting using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, managing dependencies, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in project/program management within the asset management or financial services domain.

Strong domain expertise in asset management processes (front, middle, back office) and investment products, with proven project delivery experience.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and tools like JIRA/Confluence, along with knowledge of AWS/DevOps environments and regulatory compliance
