Description

You will manage non-IT projects with a focus on event planning and conference management.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans for internal and vendor-led initiatives.
• Design, execute, and manage events from conception to completion.
• Partner with internal sales and product marketing teams to align objectives.
• Coordinate with third-party event vendors and external partners.
• Negotiate and interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven background in event management, event planning, or conference management.
• Experience negotiating with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA, with hybrid travel to New York.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, or Cvent.
