Manage high-priority state financial and payroll transformation initiatives in Boston, MA (remote available).

Responsibilities

• Direct the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) engagement to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Lead the Fi$Cal Book of Record Functionality Migration (BFM) to establish the system as the primary accounting and financial reporting record by July 2026.
• Oversee the California State Payroll (CSPS) project to implement a new payroll system for state departments.
• Manage performance and workforce development within project workstreams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• CSM certification.
• CCMP certification.
• Experience in performance management.
• Experience managing policies and workforce development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
