Description

Lead large-scale technology projects, including network infrastructure upgrades and real estate build-outs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project feature prioritization and backlog grooming using Agile methodologies.
• Track, forecast, and report project financials, providing accrual information to Finance.
• Apply cost-benefit analysis principles such as ROI, NPV, payback, and opportunity costs.
• Facilitate project meetings to ensure team accountability and escalation of blockers.
• Maintain accurate project status updates and manage vendor-related collaborative projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven track record managing large, complex technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile practices.
• Direct experience with network infrastructure and end-user computing projects.
• Expertise in financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with project feature prioritization and backlog methods.
• Proficiency with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.

Preferred Skills

• Agile CSM, PSM, PMP, or Prince2 certification.
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience working within high-growth stage companies.
