Description

You will own the end-to-end management of complex global solution initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to design solutions with minimal regional divergence.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and align vendor and internal efforts.
• Lead user group meetings to prioritize the development backlog and resolve requirements queries.
• Support quality assurance through test plan creation, execution, and functionality sign-off.
• Estimate features and manage resource budgeting while ensuring policy compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or analyst roles on large global initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development, SDLC, and software development methodologies.
• Experience with portfolio and order management systems (e.g., Factset, CRD/State Street Alpha).
• Domain knowledge in investment products, asset classes, and investment strategies.
• Experience in data analysis and data management within complex systems.
• Familiarity with modern cloud-based data warehouses or lake technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Data Entry and AI tools.
