Manage asset management projects across front, middle, and back-office functions, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to drive project execution and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Oversee project planning, risk management, and governance while ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reporting using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, managing dependencies, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in project/program management within the asset management or financial services domain.
• Strong domain expertise in asset management processes (front, middle, back office) and investment products.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Knowledge of AWS and DevOps environments.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
