Description

Manage program-level financial activities and serve as the primary liaison between the HIX Program Team and the EOHHS Administration and Finance unit. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor finance-related activities to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Analyze financial impacts of proposed operations, Task Orders, and Change Requests.
• Conduct ongoing budget forecasts and performance analysis against operational goals.
• Liaise with EOHHH Administration and Finance on annual budget and funding requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related financial oversight roles.
• Experience in budget forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Ability to manage vendor invoices and contractual compliance.
• Proficiency in creating financial tracking reports and metrics.
• Experience with change management and release management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing monthly and ad hoc financial reporting templates for Senior Leadership.
