Description

You will lead large-scale projects and manage cross-functional teams to deliver results within defined cost, quality, and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with budgets up to $5M, ensuring all KPIs regarding cost, quality, and schedule are met.
• Define, create, and maintain comprehensive project plans and resource allocations.
• Lead program meetings, navigate technical challenges, and manage risks through proactive mitigation strategies.
• Direct cross-functional teams by assigning work, mentoring members, and driving operational efficiency.
• Oversee project financials, reporting, and the streamlining of internal activities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 10 years in project management.
• Hands-on knowledge of OSS platforms and experience running OSS projects.
• Proven ability to manage various stakeholders and act as a central anchor for cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Experience managing project risks and returning programs to Green status during contingencies.
• Proficiency in reporting metrics and driving performance against established KPIs.
• Ability to manage project budgets up to $5M.
