Description

You will lead IT workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring seamless integration or separation of technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT workstreams supporting M&A and divestiture initiatives from due diligence through post-close.
• Manage full lifecycle IT integration or separation projects, including Day 1 readiness and Transition Services Agreement (TSA) execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure, applications, security, and data during corporate transactions.
• Coordinate data migration, systems integration, and separation efforts to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders on milestones and risks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in M&A and divestiture-related projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including infrastructure, applications, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience executing IT due diligence, transition planning, and post-transaction support.
• Ability to serve as a strategic liaison between IT and business units.
• Experience with TSA development and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with external vendors and internal technical teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
