Description

You will lead engineering projects from conception to final delivery for System IP, CPU, DMC, Interconnect, MMU, GIC, SoC, GPU, and PHY products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full engineering development lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Execute budget management, risk mitigation, and change management processes.
• Coordinate dependencies and track project metrics to ensure on-spec, timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to meet market segment needs.
• Communicate project status and resolve issues across internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Semiconductor industry experience with knowledge of microelectronics and IP development flows.
• Proficiency with Waterfall and Iterative development lifecycle methods.
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed execution schedules.
• Experience managing hardware and Soft IP development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Formal project management qualification such as PMP.
• Experience driving projects within evolving development environments.
