Description

You lead process improvement initiatives and PMO reporting to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost-benefit and PMO project reporting analysis.
• Develop benchmarks and KPIs to track progress and outcomes.
• Create, update, and audit documentation to ensure standardized work.
• Produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and build process maps.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and value stream mapping sessions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Process Modeling using MS Visio.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Proven leadership of Kaizen/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Strong project management, coordination, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle HCM.
• Experience creating SOPs and standardized documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
