Description

You will manage and follow the lifecycle of multiple projects, from inception through transition, while integrating with development teams and client IT departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle phases including inception, elaboration, construction, and transition using client methodologies.
• Coordinate project activities and artefacts such as architecture, specifications, development, and testing.
• Oversee the production of deliverables and ensure required quality standards are met.
• Report project status to management through weekly and monthly presentations and documentation.
• Coordinate project matters with contractors, stakeholders, and partners.

Required Skills

• 13 years of IT professional experience combined with a University degree in IT.
• Proven experience in project coordination using recognized methodologies.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with contract management, specifically within European Institutions.
• Experience leading QA teams and managing testing processes.
• Strong skills in project reporting and stakeholder presentations.
• Full professional fluency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customs-related IT systems.
• Experience working within public administration.
• Possession of a recognized project management certification.
