You will manage IT projects and coordinate procedures within a public administration context, owning the delivery lifecycle from planning to stakeholder presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project procedures using recognized methodologies.
• Manage contracts involving European Institutions.
• Lead QA teams to ensure software quality standards.
• Handle project reporting and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT professional experience.
• University degree in IT or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Project Management Software.
• Experience with QA processes.
• Experience in contract management within European Institutions.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Proven experience in project coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customs-related IT systems.
• Background in public administration.
